Leicester- Quaker Cemetery (Spider Gates)
The granddaddy of them all in Massachusetts.  This is one of the most haunted and written about sights in Massachusetts.  There is a cemetery that consists of eight levels or gates.  Upon entering the first gate you feel uneasy.  After the second and third you hear voices that moan and ask you to leave.  Things intensify until you see things and feel hands on you.  There have been reports of assaults, and there is a rumor that no one has ever made it to the last gate and been the same after.  This is a dangerous spot.  There have been attacks from the living and the dead, and I talked to one person who said he and his friends would drink a little and then hide in the woods to "freak" people out.  The cemetery is off limits because it is on private property and police guard it.  We were thrown out on afternoon as we approached by a not too friendly policewoman who has a bad reputation with other law enforcement agents as tolerating little.  Also, there are rumors of motion detectors.

One of the little written about aspects of the cemetery is the second cemetery sometimes stumbled upon while looking for Spider Gates.  It tends to move and disappear, but if you find it, you'll notice it is a dead zone, or a place where nothing electronic will work and no sound carries.

UPDATE:
I have recently read an article that states that a man, perhaps A. Crowley, performed ritiuals at Spider Gates with the Necroromicon.  It is believed that either the main tainted the area (there are no reports of anything unusual there until this event) or chose that spot because of energies he found there.  I have read this in two different places, at least one of which I consider reputable.

Paxton-Moore State Park

There have been sightings at the old mill that is within the park.  A man and a woman are seen hung, as well as the original owner of the mill.  We once went to investigate this area and found nothing.  We talked to a cop who was most curious as to why we were out.  He didn't throw us out, but said he had heard of the hauntings but he or no one in the department had ever seen or heard anything.

Paxton-First Congressional Church
The cop actually suggested we go to the church because he had heard of some people having strange experiences in the graveyard next to the church, as well as a few drivers driving late at night on one of the roads that outline the cemetery.  I tried picking up some EMF readings, but my wife got the worst of it.  Very levelheaded and not given to exaggeration, she lost energy and lay down in the middle of the graveyard.  This is not like her at all.  She said she felt her energy drain and something told her it would be okay just to lie down for a while.

Wadell Pond-Location unknown
In central Mass there is a pond with a storied past dating back to colonial times.  The legend tells of a beautiful Native American girl who would sun herself on the rocks in the pond.  A few settlers found her one day and started harassing her.  She was so upset that as she tried to swim away, she swallowed water and drowned.  Soon after strange things started to happen to the settlers who passed by the pond, from hearing screaming to seeing a hand rise out of the water to a tugging when people went swimming.  Through the years people began to drown under weird conditions.  One died after his boat tipped over, and his brother, also on the boat, said something pushed up from the water and forced it over.  Another was a little girl who went up the water and died.  When they looked at her body afterwards she had red marks on her ankles, like someone had held her down.  Sights continue to happen, although the water is on private property.
